55qq Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to 55qq. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 55qq ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the 55qq website, mobile application and any related services, including sports betting, casino games, fishing games, bingo, lottery and all payment transactions.

By registering an account on 55qq, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 55qq platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 55qq, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 55qq employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 55qq platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. 55qq may request supporting documents to verify your identity, age and payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one account on 55qq. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55qq login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 55qq will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify 55qq immediately if your registered phone number or email address changes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

55qq supports bKash, Nagad and Rocket as primary payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 55qq may apply transaction limits for security purposes.

Deposits are credited to your 55qq wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Verified accounts can expect same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM (BST).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

55qq offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 55qq promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited automatically upon meeting the qualifying deposit or activity requirement.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino games may contribute less.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• 55qq reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other method designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 55qq are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event, as well as these general betting terms. By placing a bet on 55qq, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the 55qq system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to that bet, subject to the exceptions below.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — 55qq reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum required play time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• 55qq reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market at any time, including for individual players whose betting patterns suggest professional or syndicate activity.
• Winnings from voided bets will be removed from the account balance. If winnings have already been withdrawn, 55qq reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from future deposits or winnings.

7 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games, fishing games, bingo and lottery products available on 55qq use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 55qq or any player.

Each game on 55qq has its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. 55qq accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system. The result will stand as determined by the RNG at the time of disconnection.
• If a game malfunctions or produces an error during a round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• 55qq reserves the right to remove or replace any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55qq platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the 55qq platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the 55qq platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the 55qq platform for any money laundering, fraud or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their permission.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards 55qq staff or other players.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

55qq reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, 55qq will conduct an investigation before making a final decision. During the investigation period, your account balance will be held and you will not be able to deposit, withdraw or place bets. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Responsible Gaming

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Errors in odds, game results or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

55qq's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
